1.1 Aliases and Wallet Identifiers

We store a pseudonymous alias (user-chosen or system-assigned) and the wallet address(es) or identifiers you connect to the Service. This is the only personal data we maintain.

1.2 Usage & Analytics Data

We collect non-identifying metrics automatically such as:

Feature usage, timestamps, API calls
Performance and error logs
Aggregated, de-identified patterns

These help us improve, monitor and secure the Service.

2. Use of Data

We use the data we collect for:

Operating, maintaining, and improving the Service
Detecting fraud, abuse and security incidents
Analytics, product development, usage metrics
Customer support, troubleshooting, and system health

We do not use your wallet or alias data to contact you (since we do not hold email or phone).

We do not sell your alias or wallet information. We may share pseudonymous or derived data (never directly revealing your identity) in the following cases:

Service providers & vendors: with third parties who support infrastructure, analytics, security, monitoring. They only get access necessary to perform their function.
Legal compliance: to comply with lawful obligations, government requests, or to enforce our rights.
Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with confidentiality obligations).
Aggregate / de-identified data: we may share statistics, metrics, or anonymized data that can’t be traced back to individual wallets/aliases.

4. Data Retention

We retain alias and wallet data, usage logs, and analytics for as long as needed to provide the Service, detect abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, or enforce agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

5. Pseudonymisation & Privacy

Your alias and wallet identifiers are pseudonymous — they do not inherently reveal your real identity. They may be linkable to you in certain contexts (for example, if forensic blockchain linking or other off-platform data is used).

We commit to data minimization and avoid collecting further personal attributes.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data (encryption, access controls, logging). However, no system is immune to breaches. If a security incident occurs that affects your data, we will comply with applicable legal obligations to notify you or relevant authorities.

7. International Transfers

Because our infrastructure may operate in multiple countries, your data (alias, wallet, usage logs) may be transferred to and stored in jurisdictions outside your own. We will use appropriate safeguards in line with applicable law.

8. Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

Access the alias/wallet data we hold
Request correction or deletion (if feasible)
Object to certain processing (if applicable)
Withdraw consent, where applicable
Request data portability (export in machine-readable form)

Since we hold minimal data (wallets, aliases), some rights (e.g. erasure) may be constrained by technical or legal limitations (e.g. blockchain immutability).
